Detailed feedback on crib purchase

I purchased a baby crib and a changing table from Baninu last month. The website was easy to navigate and I found the product descriptions very thorough, which helped in making my decision. The delivery for the furniture was handled by a third-party, and while they scheduled the delivery efficiently, one box had a small tear. Thankfully, the contents were undamaged. Assembly instructions for both items were clear enough, though the crib took longer than expected. The quality of the wood and finish on both pieces is excellent, feeling very sturdy and safe for my baby. I also bought a crib mattress from them, and it fits perfectly. Customer support responded quickly to my email about the torn box, assuring me that replacements would be sent if anything was damaged. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve the packaging for large items.

Reliable for baby essentials

This wasn't my first time ordering from Baninu, and once again, they didn't disappoint. I needed a new car seat for my toddler after outgrowing the infant one, and their selection is always good. I went with a well-known brand I trust. Shipping was on par with my previous orders, arriving within a week. It's nice to know I can count on them for good quality items and consistent service. I'll definitely be back for more baby gear.

Good stroller, slow delivery

I ordered a travel stroller from Baninu and overall I'm happy with the product. It feels sturdy and folds easily, which is exactly what I needed. The price was fair for the quality. However, delivery took about 8 business days to arrive in New York, which felt a bit long. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status, but it would be better if the initial shipping estimate was more accurate.
